1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, 4PX, and Amazon Logistics.
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 12–25 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Local Warehouse Shipping (US/AU): 2–5 business days (for eligible products)

A tracking number will be provided once the package is dispatched.

3. Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any related fees in the destination country.

We will provide the necessary commercial invoices and customs documentation, but SEVENPUPPY is not responsible for delays or costs related to customs processing.

If the buyer refuses to pay duties or fails to complete customs clearance, the package may be returned or destroyed by customs, and we cannot offer a refund in such cases.
